Death In Hospital

A hospital Doctor who has been closely involved with the care of your loved one will complete a medical certificate, which states the cause of death.

Phone the hospital and ask for the bereavement office to find out when the medical certificate will be ready for you to collect.
Once you know when you can collect the certificate, telephone the local registrars office to make an appointment to register the death (take the medical certificate with you.)
Contact us so that we can answer any questions you may have, and so that we can arrange to bring your loved one back to our chapel of rest.

Thank you again for yesterday. My family were very grateful for the way you all dealt with everything and we were very pleased with how smoothly everything ran yesterday.I felt it was a very fitting send off for my mum and we appreciated everything Lucking & Sons did for us.

Thank you both so much for your expert care and dedication shown to us, on our very sad loss. Everything went so well and just what my Mother wanted and wished for. I know see would have been so proud. Thank You So Much.

Many Thanks for all you did at Mum's funeral in such dreadful weather. Please pass on my thanks to all your colleagues who also did so much to make the Occassion run so smoothly. I really appreciate your help and kindness in making mum's last journey so trouble free.
