Founded in 2021 by Dean Cole, a chef with over 20 years’ experience

Over the years Dean has worked in corporate dining, golf clubs, wedding venues, hotels, restaurants and bars, and after gaining experience in various cuisines decided to set up a company specialising in his true passion of outside catering.

They can offer hot and cold buffets, canapés, afternoon teas and grazing tables. Available 7 days a week and can cater for an intimate gathering of 6 or larger venue of 300. All menus on their website are samples and can be tailored to suit individual budgets and dietary requirements.

All food is freshly prepared at their restaurant based in Billericay, Essex which has been rated with a 5* hygiene rating by Basildon council and all staff have a minimum of Level 2 food hygiene certificates, with regular training ongoing. In addition to this they also have £10,000,000 public liability insurance.
